LED high bay lights can work long-term and reliably in places with relatively poor environmental conditions such as dust and humidity. LED high bay lights have special requirements in terms of structural design, housing and reflectors. In dusty environments, closed lamps or convection lamps with upward luminous flux should be used; in humid environments, attention should also be paid to the airtightness of the enclosure and the surface treatment of the reflector; generally, open lamps are commonly used indoors. The enamel surface reflector, the aluminum reflector with a thick aluminum oxide film on the surface, or an aluminum reflector coated with a silica protective film is used; considering the inevitable vibration in the production site, the fixed light source can be used with an anti-loosing lamp holder and many more. There are many ways to fix led high bay lights. General lighting has the form of ceiling, embedded, hoisting (fixed by straight pipe or chain) and wall suction. Movable local illuminators are equipped with corresponding hooks, handles, clamp feet, etc.; fixed local illuminators generally use screws or fixing mechanisms to securely lock on the working machine.
