1. LED light source has high luminous efficiency

Luminous efficiency comparison: Incandescent lamps produce 10-15lm, halogen lamps produce 12-24 lumens/w, fluorescent lamps produce 50-90 lumens/w, and sodium lamps produce 90-140 lumens/w, with most of the power dissipation becoming heat loss. The light effect of LED: it can emit 50-200 lumens/watt of light, and has good luminous monochromator, narrow spectrum, no filtering, can directly emit color visible light.

2. LED light sources consume less power

LED single tube power of 0.03-0.06 watts, DC drive, single tube drive voltage of 1.5-3.5 volts. The current of 15-18 mA is fast and can work at high frequencies. The power consumption is one-tenth that of an incandescent bulb and half that of a fluorescent tube for the same lighting effect. Japan estimates that if the used light efficiency is twice that of fluorescent lamps, and the used LED replaces half of Japan's incandescent and fluorescent lamps, it could save 6 billion liters of oil a year. The same efficiency of fluorescent lamps is more than 40 watts, and each LED produces only 18 watts of power.

3. Long service life of LED light source.
Incandescent, fluorescent and halogen lamps use electron light field radiation to produce light, and the filament is prone to combustion, heat deposition and light attenuation. Leds are small, lightweight and packaged in epoxy resin. They can withstand high mechanical shock and vibration, not easy to break, the average service life of 3-5 hours, LED lamp service life can reach 3-5 years, can greatly reduce lamp maintenance costs, avoid the pain of frequent replacement bulbs.
